China Development Foundation Ltd. was established in Hong Kong in 1995, at a moment when China’s economy was opening and international investors were looking for a reliable point of entry. Three decades on, that role — patient capital, disciplined execution and a bridge between markets — remains our defining purpose.
We work where capital meets real assets: transport and logistics corridors, power and energy systems, urban infrastructure, and the technologies that make them more productive. Alongside our investment activity, we support the settlement of international and China cross-border investments, helping counterparties complete transactions with clarity and confidence.
